Description:

**Position available in Richland, WA**

  • Conduct cost and schedule analysis; write monthly variance analysis reports, identify trends and potential problem areas and provide recommendations for solutions.
  • Review resource utilization and appropriate charging practice, review and calculate estimate at completion, and prepare baseline change proposals.
  • Develop project implementation plans to track over 500 procurement items consisting of operating system definitions, company procedures, contract analysis needs, system development, and data model utilities. 
  • Wage commensurate with eduation and experience level.
  • Duties:

  • Qualifications:

    Ideal Applicant:

  • A vocational/Technical degree in Business, Finance/Accounting and 3+ years of experience in Heavy Industrial Construction performing Cost Analyst or minimum of 10+ years experience in Heavy Industrial Construction performing Cost Analyst.
  • Cost and schedule analysis experience including problem and need identification and resolution, coordination, organization, and planning.
  • Expertise in evaluating data, preparing detailed ad hoc reports and graph and coordinating work priorities.
  • Working Knowledge of Excel, Primavera, Cost Schedule Control System, Project Control System, and Cobra reporting tools minimum of 3 years.
  • Strong communication skills-written, verbal, and listening. 
  • Must be able to obtain an unescorted badge for nuclear plant, must pass background and drug test.
  • Must have US Citizenship.
