| Description: | **Position in Richland, WA** All work is concerning the Decontamination and Decomissioning (D&D) of hazardous facilities, which shall include: - Ensure planned activities are in compliance with Authorization Basis documents.
- Locate and review drawings and other historic documentation.
- Walk down work sites and document existing conditions.
- Determine risk and complexity of tasks.
- Develop planning and engineering controls.
- Plan and conduct Job Hazard Analyses.
- Prepare work control documents.
- Identify potential risks and impacts to schedule and cost.
- Interface with field supervision, safety and health, radiological controls, characterization, environmental, and waste management personnel.
- Provide technical support to field supervision during execution of work control documents.
- Prepare subcontract documents, including scopes of work, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
- Direct field activities in the execution of work control documents.
- Wage commensurate with education and experience level.

| Qualifications: | Minimum of 10 years of work control planning experience. Minimum of 10 years experience in DOE environment providing engineering support in the operations and/or decomissioning of nuclear and/or beryllium facilities. Hanford Site experience is preferred. Strong communication skills-written, verbal, and listening. Must be able to obtain an unescorted badge for nuclear plant, must pass background and drug test. Must have US Citizenship.
